Overview

The project's About page hosted at https://homeunite.us is hosted on Home Unite Us's development AWS EC2 Instance that runs 24/7. For cost optimization purposes, this about page should be moved to GitHub pages (free) and the DNS entry updated to point to the GitHub page. The EC2 Instance will soon be shutdown and this is one step needed to sunset the use of the EC2 instance.

Action Items

The code for the About page is attached to this issue.

  1. Add the About page to a directory in this repository. For example /about.
  2. Host the About page as a GitHub Page. Use the main branch and the /about directory as the source for the GitHub Page.
  3. Point DNS entry for https://homeunite.us to the GitHub Page.
