@rdburck Please add update using this template (even if you have a pull request)

Progress: "What is the current status of your project? What have you completed and what is left to do?"
Blockers: "Difficulties or errors encountered."
Availability: "How much time will you have this week to work on this issue?"
ETA: "When do you expect this issue to be completed?"
Pictures: "Add any pictures of the visual changes made to the site so far."

If you need help, be sure to either: 1) ask for help at your next meeting, 2) put a "Status: Help Wanted" label on your issue and pull request, or 3) put up a request for assistance on the #access-the-data channel.

Thank you! :)

Progress: Reviewed the Beta NYC website to get an understanding of the model website that our stakeholders like.
Blockers: User research incomplete. Learning the users' needs and wants will guide the team in designing the content and information architecture for the website.
Availability: I'm available for approximately 6 hours this week. If desired, I can start a rough draft card sort based on the content we assume we'll need.
ETA: Not sure. I think it depends on completing user research.

@rdburck this version of the info arch that you are doing, is for MVP V1, which is a purely informational static website (see defined users and deliverables for MVP V1 here. So no additional user research is needed for this phase and the features prioritization that we have defined in the competitive analysis has been confirmed by the team. We need to organize the features into website content elements that can be used for the card sort.

Progress: Card sort study of 20 cards created on optimal workshop (see comment on issue #77)
Blockers: Personal issues outside of Hack for LA. Also to me it also looks like a content inventory was already done. Do you want me to do a new one? I also kind of feel overwhelmed with looking over all the work that has already been done and trying to figure out where you want me to pick up. Maybe a one-on-one meeting for more direction would help me get the ball rolling.
Availability: I'll do my best this week to be as available as requested but I may not be able to commit the full 6 hours this upcoming week.
ETA: ?

@rdburck thank you for the update. more than happy to have a one-on-one with you. if you are coming to today's meeting, when we do breakout rooms, we have have a one-on-one.

For the card sort, since we have an aggressive deadline to meet to launch V1, we are going to move that to a group activity that we will do during the meeting. with those insights from the group, you can use that to create the info arch that can be used for wireframing
