Overview

We need to carry out research of existing volunteer awards so that we can gather information on how HackforLA can become a Certifying Organization to recognize outstanding volunteers.

Action Items

  • Look for existing volunteer awards (e.g President's Volunteer Service Award)
  • Gather information on requirements and costs
  • Review
  • identify the value Hack for LA would receive by investing in these programs.
  • Make a decision about prioritization
