Overview
What does it take to develop a board of advisors?
Action Items
We should be able to act on their guidance quickly. Putting together a plan for acting on their guidance should be done before we start to recruit board candidates.
When conducting interviews with these process advisors, End interview on: “Once we write up this guidance, can we share with you and get feedback?” Then ask for another interview if needed.
Resources/Instructions
Once we are ready, we must have a plan for reaching out to board candidates. This should be done without too much time in between candidate contacts. This is important so we do not lose control of the project and so that we do not lose the opportunity to have an ideal candidate join our board.
UX Researcher/ Designer to determine the best way to organize this information, develop list of questions. Will organize schedule when we are ready to start reaching out to candidates.
