Qualifying survey for potential interviewees (Google Forms)

Overview

We will create a prequalifying survey for potential interviewees who respond to the Reddit post using Google Forms. Form will feed into info a Sheet where we can then add the data we collect from the interviews.

Action Items

• Create survey in Google Forms
  Add survey to Reddit post (removing this as a requirement, as we were unable to post on Reddit as originally planned.)

Reddit has disabled posts for me because it has a trust rating system and I'm a lurker with low karma :(
I posted the form link in the #General Slack channel, on Twitter, and I've sent it to a few friends. Depending on how @kaerii and @kcoronel go with recruiting participants, I'll tap other resources this weekend/next week.
