We need to develop a uniform way to approach large data science projects and make it easier to identify smaller subtasks to facilitate completion.

  • Determine is this is one-time or ongoing project (and assign appropriate label)
  • Write one-sheet (see Resources below)

    • Summarize project, including value add
    • Define project 6 month roadmap

Website project is currently organizing all the dashboard issues that are relevant to all projects and CoPs, there may be some info in the future from that work, that will be relevant to the template this issues creates
