Figure out which (if any) milestones and milestone labels are needed for DS CoP

Overview

We need the board to be easy all team members to navigate and use to be effective, so that we can build capacity and velocity

Milestones

  • Start spreadsheet
  • meet with Sophia and Ryan
  • create milestones
  • add milestones to all issues
  • re-prioritize all issues in backlog

@akhaleghi I finished the label links above that I needed so that we could start to do a weekly audit to check our progress.

open Issues that need help with their labels:

  • feature: 0
  • project: 4
  • role: 11
  • size: 13
  • epic: 12 (these don't necessarily need epics, but they will have to be reviewed to see if they do, if they don't, we will remove the epic missing label)

@akhaleghi Once we get finished with the other labels, we have to discuss when and how to use epics
