Overview

As a part of the user need research phase, the research team has set out an evaluating onboarding to the team survey. With this survey we wish to verify challenges and successes in the project (team) onboarding processes. The results will be input for sketching the onboarding barriers and the development of user personas and journeys; later informing the design team.

Action Items

  • Extract the data for analysis
  • Clean the data, check for duplicate entrees, invalid entrees, etc.
  • Descriptive analysis to answer research aims
    • Heart Framework (Happiness, Engagement, Success)
    • User persona details
  • Transform those analysis to an Insight report through a Google Slides Deck

Resources/Instructions

@JeannyRen Please update this ticket and consider how we will collect, whether it is a survey that can be sent to other Product teams.
