  • Need to review whether this process makes sense or a simplified process should replace it.
  • Listed as a dependency to Board Maintenance: Create milestones #1088, which is currently being worked on by me.
  • Completed a board clean up with the new PM team on 07/26/22, added new Waiting column to establish medium term issue priority.
  • Establishing new procedures on how the issues are worked on that may eliminate the need to audit the issues so frequently.

  • Moved several issues to Bugs and Questions/ In Review.
    • Sent @ messages asking questions, to be resolved or reprioritized during team meeting or before if possible.
  • Reviewed and Reprioritized issues.
  • Started identifying existing issues that might be considered part of Impact Sprints.
  • Created Label "Impact Sprints" and added it to issues.
  • Closed outdated and resolved issues that had not been properly assessed.

  • Labeled, and moved Heuristics issues to Prioritized Backlog as I am making them a priority for the Impact Sprints 2022.
  • Sent messages asking questions on priority reassessment and workflow processes.
  • Reprioritized issues based on Impact Sprints 2022 priorities as discussed during the team meeting on 08/11/22.
  • Cleared all issues from New Issue Approval- either approved/prioritized, or sent @ messages and moved to Questions/ In Review for further assessment.

Issues are being actively assessed as we reorganize around Impact Sprints. After the sprints, I'd like to reconsider how we run the board, with the intention that a regular review of the issues will be unnecessary. Until then I am moving this to the Icebox, for later consideration.

*PMs- Please don't take up this issue as I would like to lead the planning of this. Thanks!

Closing this issue as Completed, as the scope in its current iteration is being changed.

This task will be folded into a role description, so an issue will not need to be perpetually open for it.
