Fix Formatting: Text Should Be Directly in Shapes

Sub issue of #113 for moving all text from text boxes on top of colored shapes into the shapes directly.

Action Items

When in a colored box, text should be written directly in a shape rather than a text box on top of a shape (except where doing that would cause the text to be too close to the edge of the page, see this slide for example of exception)

Some of the text in colored boxes is formatted such that there is a text box on top of a shape. You can see in this example how clicking on the text highlights a smaller box (the text box) within the larger grey box (the shape).

After finding a text box, copy the text from the text box.
Delete the text box and paste the text directly into the shape.

After you've finished, it should look like this:
