Create Automation to Give Guide Creators Access to KB-C Drive

Overview

We need an automation that adds and removes users from the knowledgebase-content Google Drive based on their assignment to guide issues.

Action Items

• Create a GitHub action that creates a list of GitHub members that are assigned to issues in the following repos:
  • Knowledgebase-content
  • Knowledgebase
  • Guides
• Create a Google apps script that pulls from Tables and creates a list of email addresses for those users and then removes anyone from the drive that is not on that list
• Create a Google apps script that uses the same list to ensure that everyone assigned to issues has access to the drive
