AWS deployment will require S3 bucket

For the aws deployment, it's not currently there, but we'll need to have an S3 bucket for storing project logo images. It was decided after some discussion that that's what we'll do. So we can deploy to aws now, but keep in mind we'll need the S3 piece later on.
