Diff analysis (with CfA) and editing of the HfLA Code of Conduct for selected changes

Overview

We need to do a diff analysis on the two code of conducts (cfa & hfla) to figure out the difference and then decide and update the HfLA page

Action Items

• Identify what changes we will be making when it's June 1st (see comment below for what was done)
• create a new readme-2023-06-01.md file with the change
• rename the file on 2023-06-01

Turned out there were two changes needed

• Remove the Slack link, which was our mod as was broken.
• Update the link to CfA's Anti Harassment Policy

The changes unneeded at this time are

• move the file from the readme.md to CODEOFCONDUCT.md
  • We will not be moving the file to the new filename. • add a Spanish translation.
