Describe the issue

Sorry if this is reported elsewhere, I am still having issues with the Tesla integration not dismissing and throwing an error in the Home Assistant log. This seems similar to a previous issue that I can no longer find in the open list.
I can click dismiss, but the error as per log is displayed, but the integration returns on next Home Assistant restart / refresh.
Sometimes the integration will have information about it, sometimes it will just show the name and a blank box.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open HACS Integrations page
  2. Try to dismiss Tesla integration
  3. restart Home Assistant
  4. Check HACS Integrations again

@ludeeus Apologies. I have updated the original topic with the HACS related debug log messages. If you need more, let me know.
Also added a screen shot of how it looks after a reboot, despite dismissing the integration named "Tesla".

After a restart, I also had this in the debug log;

2021-12-03 07:42:01 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.hacs] Did not find alandtse/tesla (362700564)
I added the debug log obtained after first restart after dismissing the Tesla integration also.
