Reduce the number of files generated

Something for us to keep in mind is the amount of files generated by each module, we should aim to minimize and clean them as much as possible, keeping relevant information for debugging purposes.

considering possibilities to reduce the number of files and file/size:

In a run of 1000 sampling processes, we generate 1000 structures. All those structures share the same "labels", only coordinates differ. Would it be valuable to save coordinates separately from labels and then have a haddock3 command-line to assemble those files together again (labels + coordinates). Users could even do this after they download the results (fewer bandwidth requirements).
