how to generate prediction label of sequence 00 on semanticKITTI dataset

i change valid set from 08 to 00, but the number of predictions label is less compare to groundtruth label ,for example, prediction 000000.label only contain almost 30000 point's label, which is less than the actual number of point clouds.
