描述一下此特性

期望为主题提供 Halo 当前版本的变量，用于设置部分静态资源的查询参数（用于缓存），主要考虑到 #6488 之后，登录相关的页面都由后端渲染，如果不为页面的静态资源添加查询参数，后续更新可能无法及时获取新的静态资源。
