Add GitHub action to create Mac OS Package for lzhuf #5

GitHub has Mac-OS runners that should be able to be used to build binary distribution packages for lzhuf.

Need to learn how to actually do it.

Having Github do the build will validate that the build procedure works once it is figured out.

We will still need developers that have the Mac OS platforms to build and contribute the resulting packages.
