WAF - Remove WAFv1 support from the AWS provider

Expected Behaviour

There is only WAF version available from within hamlet, the one that we recommend to use or that is the latest version available

Current Behaviour

You can currently select the version you want to use with the default version specified as v1 which is now pretty much running as it is with no enhancements planned for the future.

Possible Solution

Remove the option to select the version and only provision WAF in AWS using the resources available for WAFv2

Context

This removes the need for us to maintain two versions when hamlet can easily handle the transition between v1 and v2 without requiring the user to make any changes on their side.
