When creating new role in Association and role already exists, ask to select already existing role

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Role that already exists in an association
2.

What is the expected output?
Onotoa should warn that the role already exists and ask if it shoulduse the 
already existing one or create a new one with different name

What do you see instead?
Just a warning that role already exists


What version of the product are you using?
20101014 beta

On what operating system?
10.6.4
