Need to add a data persistence layer.

Persist Orders & state (cancelled, filled, partially filled etc)
Persist Completed Trades
Persist Candle Data
Be able to reload Candle Data and re-add orders when restarting the trade engine

Acceptance criteria:

When API is accessed after system is restarted, you must receive old Candlestick information
When the system is restarted, the orderbook must be recreated
