I am not finding ArcLength Dimension in library. Could you someone to help me out on this?

Hi,

I would like to use arc length dimension in my one application but I am not get any solution or way to implement. Kindly someone help me.

I have AutoCAD drawing and I want to display all measure and liner and align dimension I had done but where bulge with polyline I wrote logic to identify the lines but for bulge I need arclength dimension.

I need one more help there are many dimensions to display and some text exists in drawing file so I would like is there any way to get some idea before apply dimension or text any other object or text laying below or which dimension or text will add it not over to other text or dimension. there so drawing will not go mess and keep it beauty.
