Extension manager proposes update

Hi,

the extension manager always proposes an update of the plugin even if the current version is installed. The message is that Version 2013-05-27 is ready for download.

Strange, thanks. Not conscious of anything on my side that could cause it.

There are some other plugins with the same behaviour, e.g. "Data Template" or "RefNotes".
