Migrate all Mermaid Images to Inline Code

Currently, we draw images using Mermaid, but we put them in Mermaid Live, and then we render them, download the image, and then include the image in the book. Instead we want to migrate all that Mermaid code from Mermaid Live directly into the Markdown files.
