Query By Date

From what I have seen in the examples and the docs: https://help.getharvest.com/api-v2/ you can only query by page and page length.

Is it possible to add a query by date field?

It's definitely reasonable for some fields on some endpoints, but it would probably be on a case by case basis.

Would be great to have date filtering on the Time Entries API, to be able to incrementally refresh the data

The GET /v2/time_entries endpoint supports filtering with from and to params to only get entries from the specified time frame — is that what you're after?
