Problem

The auto SNAPSHOT bump PR currently does not provide sufficient information, making it less useful for reviewers and maintainers who rely on this data for context and decision-making.

Solution

Modify and enhance the workflow scripts to include more detailed and relevant information in the auto SNAPSHOT bump PR. This will improve clarity and make the PRs more informative for all stakeholders.
