Problem

Update /api/v1/accounts/{id}/allowances/crypto and /api/v1/accounts/{id}/allowances/tokens to show consensus fee schedule allowances.

Solution

  • add amount_per_message property to the response
  • update test cases with consensus crypto / token fee schedule allowances
