When running the NodeCommand add, update, and delete subcommands files are generated by platform in the following directory: /opt/hgcapp/services-hedera/HapiApp2.0/data/upgrade/current

If the application.properties file is there, we should use that one instead of the one from templates that we have modified. The reason being is that when the SDK team makes changes, then the one from platform might be different and should be the correct one to use.
