Similar then #4341 but for the exec driver: Support limiting the amount of PIDS that an application can use via the cgroup Process Number controller (https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/cgroup-v1/pids.txt). This will prevent that an malicious application can shutdown the whole machine by using up all pids (fork bomb).
