Description

The AWS ECS API does not yet support update of cluster capacity providers, but there is an open issue on the ECS roadmap to address this: aws/containers-roadmap#633.

Once this is implemented, add it to the aws_ecs_capacity_provider resource.

It looks like aws/containers-roadmap#633 was finally resolved, so seems like work on this can finally be started!

In Terraform v12 still not able to update it. Should I use the latest version of Terraform to resolve this issue?
Any suggestion how to resolve this issue with Terraform v12
