Description

A number of ACM, API Gateway, API Gateway v2, Cognito and potentially other AWS service acceptance tests use a ACM public certificate.
Add a common test configuration, maybe based on testAccAWSAPIGatewayDomainNameConfigPublicCert from #15258, for this functionality.

Definition of Done

  • Add new common test configuration generator function
  • Document in the Contributing Guide
  • Refactor existing acceptance tests that use an ACM public certificate
