resource aws_glue_resource_policy does not support EnableHybrid setting

Description

resource aws_glue_resource_policy cannot be created if any LakeFormation permissions have been created in the same account. It would be helpful if aws_glue_resource_policy supported an enable_hybrid boolean setting that will allow the glue policy to still be created in this case.
