AWS S3 cross region replication using AWS-KMS terraform code

AWS has recently introduced new feature for CRR using AWS-KMS. I was looking terraform code for the same but it is not yet published, if someone have already worked on it, can you please share the code. Currently I am using AWS console.

@catsby I've been waiting 2 months on this to be resolved though. Do you think you can push for #2625 to get some attention? It's really blocking me up.

This is also something that I'd get a bunch of value from. Looks like #2625 has some conflicts now, if we fix the conflicts, is this something we can see merged?
