feature request - aws_api_gateway_rest_api - endpoint type

Hello,

Since 2017/11 it is possible to choose between two types of endpoint on create aws api gateways, edge optimized or regional.

It's really good if terraform resource aws_api_gateway_rest_api support this option too.
