r/aws_fsx_ontap_storage_virtual_machine: Undeprecate subtype

AWS SDK for Go v1.44.167 (#28562) restores the aws_fsx_ontap_storage_virtual_machine.subtype attribute removed in AWS SDK for Go v1.44.147 (#28085).
We can reverse the attribute deprecation done in #28127.
