[BUG]: aws_servicecatalog_provisioned_product: outputs attribute does not update

Description

When aws_servicecatalog_provisioned_product is updated the outputs attribute does not refresh in state. A second refresh, or apply, is needed to update state.

outputs should update when the following are changed

• provisioning_artifact_name
• provisioning_artifact_id
• provisioning_parameters
