[Enhancement]: Custom image support in aws_emrserverless_application

Description

Back in January, EMR Serverless introduced support for custom images. The aws_emrserverless_application resource doesn't currently support custom image configuration, though the AWS Go SDK does (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/service/emrserverless/#CreateApplicationInput).
