[Enhancement]: Retrieve transit gateway routes

Description

To put in place complex network infrastructure automated by terraform based on multiple transitgateway peering, in order to route flow correctly, and because we can not propagate route table from transit gateway peering (only for VPC attachement) would be interesting to have a data source retrieving all route of a transit gateway route table
