Description

Allow enabling SES Virtual Deliverability Manager with Terraform and managing its settings.

Requested Resource(s) and/or Data Source(s)

  • aws_sesv2_account_vdm_attributes

Potential Terraform Configuration

# In consistency with already existing "vdm_options" section in "aws_sesv2_configuration_set":
resource "aws_sesv2_account_vdm_attributes" "example" {

  # I'm not sure about "status". The API has "VdmEnabled" with "ENABLED" / "DISABLED" as allowed
  # values which, personally, I find ugly and would rather use `boolean`s, but since there is already
  # "aws_sesv2_configuration_set" resource and it uses stings, then so be it.
  status = "ENABLED" | "DISABLED"

  dashboard_options {
    engagement_metrics = "ENABLED" | "DISABLED"
  }

  dashboard_options {
    optimized_shared_delivery = "ENABLED" | "DISABLED"
  }
}
