[Enhancement]: CodePipeline - Manual Approval Timeout

Description

AWS has continually added new functionality to CodePipeline, recently adding support for a configurable timeout for manual approval actions. I am requesting new input from the action configuration block to set timeouts. This removes the need for a custom Lambda or solution to time out stale pipelines.

This functionality was released and added on February 15
