Recently AWS released a feature that allows to authenticate users from ALB through Cognito.

Just so there's no confusion, we'll treat this issue as complementary to the aws_lb_listener request (#4707) and this one can be for aws_lb_listener_rule 👍

Thanks to @atsushi-ishibashi and @mikael-lindstrom, initial support for Cognito and OIDC authentication in aws_lb_listener and aws_lb_listener_rule has been merged in and will release with version 1.40.0 of the AWS provider, likely middle of this week. 🎉
