Description

Tucked away in the v1.15.9 AWS SDK update is this tidbit:

Launch RDS Aurora Serverless

Briefly looking at the SDK changes, it looks like this is supported via a new ScalingConfiguration parameter.

Potential Terraform Configuration

Support for scaling_configuration has been merged into master and will release with version 1.33.0 of the AWS provider, likely later today. 👍
