Description
As currently TF didn't explicitly set source_server_id in the read func, so TF wouldn't set this property in the state file while importing this resource. Per my understanding, we should explicitly set it in the read func. Given API doesn't return the value of source_server_id when create_mode is "PointInTimeRestore". But API would return the value of source_server_id when create_mode is "Replica". Based on these situations, I think we should read the value from tf config while setting source_server_id in the read func.
