`STANDARD` storage_class is now replaced by `MULTI_REGIONAL` depending the bucket location. Same for `DURABLE_REDUCED_AVAILABILITY` replaced by `REGIONAL`. refs: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/storage-classes#standard
