Resource aws_appautoscaling_policy does not have attribute 'arn'

Terraform v0.9.11

I am getting the following error.

Resource aws_appautoscaling_policy does not have attribute 'arn'

I am getting this when running with both Terraform v0.9.11 and Terraform v10.2

Can somebody please help?
