This is an interesting idea. I just merged #192 which is more explicit but the idea of automatically discovering providers/provisioners is certainly interesting... I like it. Let me think more about how I'd want this to work but I think this is worth doing. |

I got an implementation in that currently always searches the exe dir and pwd. Thanks for the idea! |

First stab at detecting extra providers and plugins. Just set TF_CUSTOM and run terraform.
