Currently one of the tests implemented as part of #4598 is not working correctly because of a bug in the upstream Azure Client SDK for Go. This issue is a market to uncomment the test when the upstream is fixed.

This isn't going to be fixed for the forseeable future according to the Azure-sdk-for-go repo
