Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the UI has a static <title>Waypoint</title>. We can do better in terms of UX and accessibility.

Describe the solution you’d like

These days, Ember ships with dynamic page title support out of the box using ember-page-title. We should adopt this package and this pattern.

Note: I’ve labelled this as a bug because technically it is an accessibility bug.
