Describe the bug
The toggle component doesn't support dark mode correctly:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable dark mode on your system or browser
  2. Visit a project settings page
  3. Observe the “Automated sync” toggle

Expected behavior
We could probably keep the background color pretty close between light and dark mode.
