Describe the bug

cabal init --lib creates MyLib.hs if Mylib.{something else} is present

To Reproduce

In an empty directory:

echo '> module MyLib where' > MyLib.lhs
cabal init --lib --source-dir .
cat MyLib.hs

Expected behavior

Since a module already exists, MyLib.hs does not get created

System information

cabal 3.2 and current master
